Secure escalation uploads and deterministic support notifications
Net Ops escalation uploads now ask Chrome for temporary screenshot access only at the moment of upload, then drop that permission again after the attempt finishes. Support also now sends deterministic customer notifications: manual tickets send the ticket-open email, every staff customer reply sends the support-update email, and Net Ops debug creation emails the same XDBG steps posted into the thread.
Mobile automation sync, remote desktop config refresh, and Add to Home support
Automation settings now sync across mobile dashboard, desktop dashboard, and the connected desktop extension without relying on hard refreshes. The connected extension now applies newer settings revisions on the next safe cycle, remote status surfaces whether desktop is synced yet, and the web app now includes install-ready home-screen support for iPhone, iPad, and Android Add to Home workflows.
Team workspaces, inherited defaults, and template history expanded
Added a Team workspace switcher across the dashboard, inheritance-aware business profile and automation defaults for child workspaces, and stronger template governance with service-category metadata, Team-default marking, responder locks, performance snapshots, and rollback-ready history. Extension config now respects inherited Team settings so shared workspace behavior stays aligned across web and extension flows.
Team plan positioning and extension role controls upgraded
Expanded Team packaging across the site around multi-workspace control, shared template governance, role-based permissions, prompt audits, approval-ready safety workflows, and centralized billing. The extension now surfaces active Team roles, respects read-only vs operator access, and blocks shared setting changes unless the current workspace role can manage them.
Dashboard automation now runs through extension bridge
Added a web-to-extension automation bridge so Run Automation from the dashboard can trigger the real extension automation pipeline, show live extension run status/logs, and fall back to dashboard simulation only when the extension bridge is unavailable. Also shipped extension package v0.4.1 and deployed App Hosting updates.
Automation confirmation hardening
Added structured statuses, send confirmation signals, run summaries, and safer queue handling for first-reply automation.
