Refund Policy
Effective date: March 15, 2026
1) Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased directly from Feply. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
2) Free trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial expiration time shown in your account or checkout flow.
3) Recurring billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless stated otherwise by law.
- Canceling does not retroactively void previously incurred charges.
4) Standard refund rule
Except as required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. We generally do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, downgraded usage, or canceled seats during an active term.
5) Annual and promotional plans
Annual plans are billed upfront for the full annual term and are generally non-refundable after the term starts. Discounts, promotional offers, and introductory pricing are subject to their specific offer conditions and may not be combined unless explicitly allowed.
6) Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe there is an incorrect or duplicate charge, contact us promptly at support@gofeply.com. If we confirm a billing error, we will issue an appropriate correction, which may include a refund, credit, or account adjustment.
7) Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Where permitted by law and our terms, unresolved or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension or revocation of access until outstanding matters are resolved.
8) Taxes and third-party fees
Taxes, duties, and government fees may be non-refundable, depending on law and tax authority guidance. Fees imposed by third-party payment providers, banks, or foreign exchange intermediaries are outside Feply's control and typically non-refundable.
9) Policy exceptions
Any goodwill exception is discretionary, case-specific, and does not waive or modify this policy for future cases. No verbal statement creates a refund obligation unless confirmed in writing by Feply.
10) Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction. Where local law requires a different refund outcome, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.
11) Contact
For refund and billing support, contact support@gofeply.com. Please include your account email, invoice ID, and a brief description of the issue to help us respond faster.
