These are the questions most businesses ask before starting a trial or upgrading their plan.

What does Feply do?

Feply helps service pros respond faster to new leads with AI-generated first replies, review controls, and optional automation.

Does Feply auto-send messages?

Only if you choose to turn it on. Most customers start with review-before-send and optional test mode.

Can Feply work beyond Thumbtack?

No, not yet. Feply is built for Thumbtack today, and support for additional platforms is planned in the future.

Do you store my platform password?

No. Platform access remains in the user's logged-in browser session. Account access, billing, and settings are handled separately in Feply.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Base plans and add-ons can be scheduled for cancellation from Billing, and access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

How does automation stay safe?

You control whether Feply stays in review-first mode, runs in Test, or uses live automation. Review timers, confidence thresholds, stop-on-error rules, and existing-reply checks all help prevent unsafe sends.

What is the difference between Test and Live automation?

Test mode drafts and simulates the workflow without sending. Live mode uses the same settings, but will send the first reply when the review window expires unless you stop it.

Do add-on seats and extra auto-sends renew with my base plan?

No. Team seats and Starter extra auto-sends now bill as separate add-on subscriptions with their own purchase date and monthly or yearly renewal cadence.

What happens if I remove Team seats or extra auto-sends?

Feply schedules the reduction for the end of the affected add-on cycle. There is no proration refund for the current cycle, and your existing access stays active until that cycle ends.

Do I need the browser extension and the web app?

The web app handles account settings, billing, reporting, and remote automation controls. The browser extension is what reads the active lead page and executes the real Thumbtack workflow in your signed-in browser session.

Can I use Feply on my phone?

Yes. The dashboard works on mobile and can be added to your phone's home screen for faster access. There is not an App Store or Play Store app yet.

How do mobile and desktop stay in sync?

Automation status and settings are synced through your dashboard workspace plus the connected desktop extension session. If the extension is connected on desktop, mobile controls can still monitor and manage automation remotely.

Will Feply send lead notifications?

Yes. Workspace owners and admins can receive new-lead notifications so they can jump straight into the dashboard and review the project quickly.
